- WHAT DO WE HAVE TO KNOW?

The Yoga courses are suitable for everybody, we all could have benefits from Yoga, but you have to choose the level, that is according to you and please do not forget that Yoga is a prolonged process.

It is recommended that you don't eat at least 2 hours before the Yoga class.

Be dressed with comfortable clothes. Let all jewels and watches be removed.

Please come in time, 10-15 min before the class started - Yoga is to reduce stress, not to increase it.

Switch off the ring tone of your mobile.

Be aware of how your body is feeling before, during and after the Yoga practice. Relax in between the different practices, do the movements and breathing without any strain and discomforts, hear the signals of your body and follow the principle of nonviolence and gradualness.

Carefully watch the effect of each practice, be aware of the response of your body, mind, emotions. If you feel any discomfort, please lie down on your math and get rest.

Observe yourself during the yoga practice, this will increase the benefit from it and will make you more aware and concentrated.

Do not be in a hurry. Do the asanas slowly, intently, sinhronize the movement with the breathing, according to the instructions of the teacher.

Try to get in contact with your inner being, this will grant you with serenity and confidence to move on.

Yoga is most of all a common sense and moderation.

If you have some medical problem or a recent operation, as well as if you are pregnant - it is good to inform the teacher.

Contraindication only for the inverted asanas (postures):

- menstrual cycle and pregnancy - about the women

- if you have a headache during the Yoga practice

- if you have a tendency of high blood pressure

- if you have problems with your back - slipped disks, sciatica, etc.

- if you had an operation in the head - now or in the past

- if you had an operation anywhere in the whole body, in the last 6 months

- if you suffer from a mental diseases

- if you have consumed food just before the practice

If you answer to some of this contraindications- please, do not do inverted postures, just visualize in your mind that you are doing it.

If you have high blood pressure, recent operation in the eyes, glaucoma, problems with the back - slipped disks, sciatica, - be careful with the forward bending asanas. If you have ulcer, hernia - be careful with the backward bending asanas. Listen the instructions and the contraindications of the asanas carefully and do the practices with common sense.

The Yoga practices have a very strong influence over the body, mind and spirit - keep this in mind.

If you want to do strong physical efforts or to take a bath - do it after 2 hour after finishing the Yoga - if you want to keep the effect of the Yoga practices for longer period. If you want to eat - do it after 20 min.

Do not bother about the performance of the people around you - the path of Yoga is individual and unique for each of us!
